Important Notes About Warranty Limitations
Some situations fall outside the scope of the warranty, though paid service is available. Products or components that exceed the free maintenance period are not covered. Damage or malfunctions caused by improper use, incorrect maintenance, or storage that does not follow the Instruction Manual are excluded. Repairs performed by unauthorized personnel void the warranty, and failures resulting from natural disasters, force majeure, accidents, or human-related factors—such as voltage issues or computer viruses—are not covered. Accessories purchased through our company are also covered from the time of delivery based on our standard warranty terms.
